🔄 Eligibility for Exchange

• Products are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

• Exchange Shipping /Delivery time 4-5 business days.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Returned in their original condition and packaging

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

🔁 What Can Be Exchanged

• We offer exchanges for:

  • The same item (if available), or

  • A different item of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply)

📋 Terms & Conditions

• All exchange requests must follow the same guidelines and time frame as our return policy.

• A reverse logistics (pickup) fee of ₹79 may apply for each exchange request.

• If the item you wish to receive is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the full value of your return. This credit can be used for any future purchase.

• Store credit will be added to your account within 24–48 hours after the returned item is received and successfully inspected at our facility.

🕒 Processing Time

• Exchange requests are typically processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
