Returns are eligible for store credit only, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

To ensure your return is accepted, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Attach clear images of the product, including tags and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping details.

📋 Terms & Conditions
All exchange requests must follow the same guidelines and time frame as our return policy.
A reverse logistics (pickup) fee of ₹79 may apply for each exchange request.
If the item you wish to receive is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the full value of your return. This credit can be used for any future purchase.
Store credit will be added to your account within 24–48 hours after the returned item is received and successfully inspected at our facility.
