Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• The product is missing parts or accessories
• You contacted us within 48 hours of delivery

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or general dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:
1. Email us at support@zaishree.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. Include:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
• Unboxing video (required for damaged/missing product claims)

⚠️ Credit Timeframe:
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Process
• Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you on return instructions.
• The product must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging with all tags, invoice, and accessories
• After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or engraved products
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on sale or using discount codes (unless damaged)

Exchange Instead of Refund

In some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. This will be communicated clearly during the return process.

Store credit will be added to your account within 24–48 hours after the returned item is received and successfully inspected at our facility.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company/bank
